DFA Football LLC
(Doing Business As: Developmental Football Association – “DFA”)

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of websites, services, registration forms, events, ticketing systems, merchandise stores, sponsorship programs, communications, and platforms operated by DFA Football LLC (“DFA,” “Developmental Football Association,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing or using any DFA service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use DFA services.

1. Eligibility & Use of Services

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to use DFA services.

You agree to use DFA services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Any misuse, abuse, or interference with DFA systems may result in suspension or termination of access.

2. League Participation, Events & Registration

Participation in DFA combines, leagues, events, or programs is subject to:

Compliance with league rules, codes of conduct, and policies

DFA reserves the right to deny, revoke, or terminate participation at its sole discretion for violations of rules, misconduct, safety concerns, or failure to comply with policies.

3. Tickets, Merchandise & Sponsorships

A. Tickets

All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated. Event dates, times, and locations are subject to change. DFA is not responsible for travel, lodging, or related expenses.

B. Merchandise

Merchandise orders are subject to availability. All sales are final unless otherwise specified. DFA is not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, manufacturers, or shipping carriers.

C. Sponsorships

Sponsorship benefits, placements, and deliverables are governed by separate written agreements. DFA makes no guarantees regarding exposure, attendance, or performance outcomes unless expressly stated in writing.

4. Payments & Refunds

All payments must be made through approved payment processors.

Refunds, if any, are governed by the specific refund policy applicable to the product, event, or service purchased. DFA reserves the right to deny refunds where permitted by law.

Chargebacks or payment disputes submitted without prior communication may result in suspension of access to DFA services.

5. Communications & Consent

By submitting your contact information, you consent to receive communications from DFA Football LLC, including:

Transactional messages

Event and league updates

Promotional messages, including sponsor-supported announcements sent by DFA

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

6. Use of Artificial Intelligence & Automation

DFA uses automated systems and AI-assisted agents to support operations, including customer support, scheduling, and informational responses.

AI tools assist operational workflows only and do not replace human decision-making related to eligibility, discipline, contracts, or payments.

7. Intellectual Property

All DFA content, including logos, trademarks, branding, schedules, statistics, text, graphics, and media, is owned by DFA Football LLC or licensed to DFA.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit DFA intellectual property without prior written permission.

8. League Statistics, Schedules & Content

League schedules, statistics, standings, and performance data are provided for informational purposes and may be updated, corrected, or modified at any time.

DFA does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of published league data.

9. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

Participation in athletic events involves inherent risks, including injury or death.

By participating in DFA activities, you voluntarily assume all risks and agree to release and hold harmless DFA Football LLC, its officers, staff, volunteers, partners, and affiliates from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DFA Football LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of DFA services, events, or platforms.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DFA Football LLC from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

Your use of DFA services

Your violation of these Terms

Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights

12. Termination

DFA reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for operational, legal, or safety reasons.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

14. Changes to These Terms

DFA may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of DFA services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
